More than 20 years of relevant experience in Treasury Sales/Treasury Marketing or Treasury Front Office. Needs to have and in-depth knowledge of Treasury Products, namely Forex, Derivatives and
Interest Rate products
Reports to: Managing Director
Span of Control: 2-3 team members
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualization and implementation of a growth strategy for scaling specific product lines, like Forex, Derivatives or Interest Rate products.
Identification of right opportunities for expanding CCIL’s business activities based on deep understanding of CCIL’s products and offerings, regulatory framework and global market scenario.
Take complete ownership of initiatives ranging from identification of a product need to development & marketing of the same and act as the primary decision maker at each stage.
Build and lead internal project teams for launch/ re-engineering of products and marketing activities based on current performance data, member/customer feedback, etc.
Demonstrate cross-functional leadership by working closely with product and operations teams to create a shared understanding of new product needs, marketing strategy and implement growth initiatives.
Drive initiatives towards digital and non-digital marketing; branding and positioning; social media and corporate communication.
Maintain close connect with members and market participants to understand customer needs, competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
and innovation.
Enter into innovative partnerships and corporate collaborations to enhance business reach.
Establish and track metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing and strategic initiatives.
Be a Change Agent to foster a result-driven culture that uses agile ways of working and embraces innovation.
Introduce an outside-in or modernized way of thinking, leading to dynamic and sustained organizational effectiveness.
Experience, Skill & Competencies:
Experience in leading Treasury Sales or Treasury Marketing teams in banks
OR
Experience as Derivatives Trader/Derivatives Sales Dealer in Treasury.
In-depth understanding of Treasury products (Forex, Derivatives and Interest Rate
products)
Expertise in developing marketing and business development strategy; measures of
marketing effectiveness
Strong persuasive skills; ability to gain consensus through influence and negotiation
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to seek out, build and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with
internal and external stake holders.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
